What is your shipping policy?

  • Being ardent online shoppers ourselves, we understand how eager you are to receive your goodies. That’s why we at Passage ensure that all our orders are sent out within 24 hours from receiving the order at our head office No.14, G-14, Gems Court, Khader Nawaz Khan Road, Nungambakkam, Chennai – 600006.
  • Please make sure you put in the correct shipping address as we would not be responsible for a package delivered to an incorrect address provided by you.
  • Depending upon the location, the product is shipped to you within 5-7 business days PAN India.
  • P.S. Free shipping on all orders across India. We do not ship abroad yet.

 

What if I need to change or cancel my order?

  • We are not only here for a good time but also a long time. So our relation would not end when you make a purchase. So if you have any troubles with your orders, you can reach out to us at bff@shoppassageindia.in and we will go out of our way to resolve it.
  • If you’d like to change your order, please cancel the one you’ve placed and place another order.
  • If you need to cancel the order, please do so within 12 hours of placing the order.

 

What is your return policy?

  • Dissatisfied with your purchase? We’re sorry, please give us a chance to do better. Get in touch & leave your feedback at bff@shoppassage.in.  
  • In case of returns, notify us within 2 days once you have received the product.
  • For returning the shipment, we give an option where we arrange for a pick up from our end and charge Rs 150 for shipping/reverse shipping or you may choose to courier it yourself.
  • We do not cover shipping costs and incase, you are shipping it to our warehouse, we would recommend that you pack the items you are returning with all the tags and receipts intact to ensure timely, hassle free exchanges. It would also be wise to use a courier service that provides shipment tracking, as we can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned shipment.
  • You will receive a store credit if you wish to return the product but shipping charges of Rs 200 will be deducted from the amount and then credited.
  • Do note, the store credit is valid only for 3 months from date of issue.
  • If you receive a broken/damaged product, or if the wrong order was shipped to you, we offer a free replacement of the same model and colour, provided it is in stock.
  • If the product is out of stock, we will offer store credit. We will cover the cost of returns for broken, damaged products or if the wrong product was shipped to you.
  • Send us the order number with a snapshot of the product wished to be returned at cs@shoppassage.in
  • Return and exchange policy gives you an option to return or exchange items purchased on the website, within 7 days of receipt of the product. The vendor shall not be held liable for the failure to replace the order, If you are unable to do so within 7 days.
